We build the frame of this cart using 1-1/4-inch diameter 12-gauge steel piping. Double vertical tubes create a strong and rigid construction.
We equip each of our Leonard Nursery Trucks with a solid 1-inch steel axle. This model includes two 16-inch diameter pneumatic tires. Oilite wheel bearings outlast most other bearings on the market. Our durable double-vinyl grips provide you with maximum control when transporting heavy materials.

ANSWER: The order of washers is not important as long as you have at least one on each side of the wheel. The crescent moon shaped arc rings go on the outside in the groove at the end of the axle.
